To activate this feature, an instructor has to go to the e-hallpass dashboard and click ‘appointment pass.’ The student will get a notification about an appointment with a teacher twenty minutes prior, and they should click ‘acknowledge.’ Furthermore, another message will pop up five minutes before a student can go to the pass. The teacher must approve the pass before the students leave for the appointment.
